Terms of Service

1. The service
ZevroCRM is a subscription CRM for residential property businesses: lead management, bookings, payments tracking, customer portal and related tools, provided as an online service on the plan the customer subscribes to.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- The subscribing business is responsible for the people it invites into its workspace and for the lawfulness of the data they record.
- Keep credentials confidential; we recommend enforcing two-factor authentication.
- No unlawful content, no attempts to breach another workspace's isolation, no bulk messaging in violation of telecom or platform rules (TRAI, WhatsApp Business policies).
3. The customer's data
Workspace data belongs to the customer. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement, and return or delete it on termination.
4. Fees
Plans are billed per workspace in Indian Rupees, plus applicable GST. Usage-based features (such as AI actions or call minutes beyond a plan's included allowance) are charged as described on the plan. See the refund policy for cancellation and refunds.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service continuously available and to announce planned maintenance in advance, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Support is available at hello@zevrocrm.com.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either side may end the subscription with effect from the end of the current billing period. We may suspend a workspace that materially breaches these terms, after notice where practicable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
