From the enquiry to the
handover — including the money.
Every property enquiry, site visit, follow-up, quote, booking, payment demand and handover in one system — with each client’s workspace on its own database.
Good morning, Arjun
Your property sales pipeline at a glance.
Nine stages. One record.
Enquiry to handover.
Everything from the enquiry to the handover, including the money. Deliberately nothing behind the site gate — no procurement, BOQ or accounting.
Enquiry
99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, IndiaMART, JustDial and Facebook or Instagram lead forms (set up with our team) land on their own, next to the website form and chatbot — deduplicated by phone, in one inbox. Nothing lives on someone’s phone.

Auto-assignment by project, budget or lead source the moment the enquiry arrives. Duplicates merge; every lead has one owner.
ZevroCRMFollow-up
Click-to-call with the call logged against the lead, WhatsApp, notes and tasks, with each stage change attributed. A score 0–100 with a written reason and a next best action.
Site visit
Book visits, assign executives, send reminders, and record what happened after every tour.
Quote
Cost-sheet builder — area, rate, car park, corpus, GST — totalled live, and a branded PDF with bank, UPI and a scannable QR. Revisions supersede, never overwrite.
Booking
The unit is held, then booked. Milestones are seeded from your template; the customer gets their own portal and can pay a milestone online through a payment link.
Construction and payments
Stages with photographs drive the payment demands. Receipts, GST and TDS on every payment; a statement of account per booking.
Handover
A relationship manager owns the customer after sales: documents to collect, dues to chase, a handover checklist.
Support
Tickets raised from the portal, routed to staff by rule, with the whole history on record.
The slab decides
the due date.
Collections in this industry are an evidence problem, not a calendar problem. ZevroCRM raises the payment demand when the site reaches the stage — with the photographs attached.
The stage, with photographs
Each booking carries construction stages seeded from a workspace template — % complete, the date the site actually reached it, and photographs.
The demand re-dates itself
Marking a stage complete moves the linked demand’s due date to “date reached + grace days”. The demand goes out against evidence.
Paid money is never moved
A partial or paid milestone keeps the date the customer was given. If a workspace renames a payment row, the link goes quiet rather than wrong.
Sample booking. Click the button to see the demand re-date itself.
A generic CRM stops at
“deal won”. This one doesn’t.
Booking, payment milestones, numbered receipts, GST and TDS, the statement of account and the handover — the money is part of the record, not a spreadsheet next to it.
| Agreement value | ₹1.45 Cr |
|---|---|
| Paid to date | ₹58.0 L |
| GST collected | ₹2.90 L |
| TDS on property | ₹58,000 |
| Balance | ₹87.0 L |
Illustrative data from a test workspace.
Milestones from a template
Each booking carries a payment schedule seeded from the workspace’s own template, editable per booking. Overdue detection sends 3-day and 1-day reminders.
Receipts and the statement
Every payment gets a numbered receipt. The statement of account shows paid, due and balance per booking, with GST and TDS recorded on each line.
The customer’s own portal
Buyers sign in to see dues, bank and UPI details, receipts, documents and the same construction timeline your staff see — and raise a ticket when something is wrong.
Someone owns it after sales
A relationship-manager workspace: roster, milestones due, documents still to collect. The hand-over from sales is a record, not a WhatsApp message.

Straight answers on what ZevroCRM does, who it is for, and how your data is handled.
What is ZevroCRM?
ZevroCRM is a real estate CRM for builders, developers and property sales teams in India. It keeps every property enquiry, site visit, follow-up, negotiation and booking in one pipeline, so a sales manager can see which deals are moving and which have gone quiet without asking anyone for a status update.
Who is ZevroCRM built for?
ZevroCRM is built for residential developers, builders, in-house property sales teams and the channel partners who sell for them. It suits teams running one project or several, from a five-person sales desk to a multi-project sales organisation.
How is ZevroCRM different from a general-purpose CRM?
A generic CRM stops at “deal won”. ZevroCRM continues through what happens next in property sales: unit inventory with holds, the cost sheet and branded quote, the booking, payment milestones with numbered receipts and GST/TDS, construction stages that date the payment demands, a customer portal, channel-partner commissions released as money is collected, and the handover. A generic CRM has to be bent into that shape with custom fields.
What does ZevroCRM cost?
ZevroCRM is priced flat per workspace per month, not per user. Starter is ₹4,999 (10 staff seats), Growth is ₹12,999 (30 seats, adds AI scoring, automation journeys, the unit grid and channel partners), and Enterprise is ₹24,999 (unlimited staff, your own domain and WhatsApp sender). Prices are exclusive of GST, as of September 2026.
How does ZevroCRM handle payments after the booking?
Each booking carries a payment schedule seeded from your workspace template. Every payment gets a numbered receipt with GST and TDS recorded, and the statement of account shows paid, due and balance. Construction stages — with % complete, the date reached and photographs — set the due date of the linked demand as “date reached plus grace days”, so a demand is raised against evidence rather than a spreadsheet date. Money already paid is never re-dated.
How do we see ZevroCRM before committing?
Book a demo and we run a 30-minute walkthrough set up with your own projects, with guidance on moving off spreadsheets — or ask for the free 1-week trial and use a workspace yourselves. Write to hello@zevrocrm.com or use the form on this page; we reply within one business day.
Is there a free trial of ZevroCRM?
Yes. ZevroCRM offers a free 1-week trial on request: we set up a workspace under your company name, filled with a year of sample projects, leads and bookings, and your team uses it for a week. No card is taken. It is a sandbox — nothing is sent outside the CRM, integrations are view-only, it is for sample data only, and it is deleted after the trial. There is no free plan; plans start at ₹4,999 per workspace per month.
