ZevroCRM is built by Ethereal Design Studio (OPC) Private Limited, a product studio in Chennai, for Indian builders who sell from a spreadsheet and collect from another one.
How ZevroCRM started
ZevroCRM started as the CRM for one Chennai residential builder and went live in their sales office in July 2026, running real enquiries, quotes, bookings and payment demands across residential, joint-venture and custom-construction lines.
In August 2026 it became a multi-tenant platform: every customer gets its own workspace on its own database, with a super-admin console for provisioning, plans, modules, usage and support.
It covers the whole buyer journey — enquiry, assignment, follow-up, site visit, quote, booking, construction-linked payments, handover and support — and deliberately nothing behind the site gate: no procurement, BOQ or accounting.

What is ZevroCRM?
ZevroCRM is a real estate CRM for builders, developers and property sales teams in India. It keeps every property enquiry, site visit, follow-up, negotiation and booking in one pipeline, so a sales manager can see which deals are moving and which have gone quiet without asking anyone for a status update.
Who is ZevroCRM built for?
ZevroCRM is built for residential developers, builders, in-house property sales teams and the channel partners who sell for them. It suits teams running one project or several, from a five-person sales desk to a multi-project sales organisation.
Where does our data sit under India’s DPDP Act?
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the subscribing business remains the Data Fiduciary for the buyer data in its ZevroCRM workspace and ZevroCRM acts as its Processor. A data processing agreement listing our sub-processors is available at /legal/dpa/.
Is there a free trial of ZevroCRM?
Yes. ZevroCRM offers a free 1-week trial on request: we set up a workspace under your company name, filled with a year of sample projects, leads and bookings, and your team uses it for a week. No card is taken. It is a sandbox — nothing is sent outside the CRM, integrations are view-only, it is for sample data only, and it is deleted after the trial. There is no free plan; plans start at ₹4,999 per workspace per month.
