What it does, inquiry to warranty
[8] questions
What is ZevroCRM?
ZevroCRM is a CRM for production and semi-custom home builders. It keeps every inquiry, model-home visit, text, appointment, contract, change order, closing and warranty request on one buyer record, so a sales manager can see which buyers are moving and which have gone quiet without asking anyone for an update.
Who is ZevroCRM built for?
ZevroCRM is built for production and semi-custom builders: the online sales counselor (OSC), community sales managers, the design center, the warranty desk and the realtors who bring buyers in. It suits a builder selling in one community or in several.
How is ZevroCRM different from a general-purpose CRM?
A generic CRM stops at “closed won”. ZevroCRM continues through what happens next in a new-home sale: communities, homesites, floor plans and lot premiums; the purchase agreement, contingencies and earnest money; options, design center appointments and signed change orders; loan status; construction updates on a buyer portal; realtor co-op paid at closing; and warranty walkthroughs after closing.
Does ZevroCRM handle contracts and change orders?
Yes. ZevroCRM generates the purchase agreement as a PDF and keeps a contract record with contingencies, earnest money and an estimated closing date. Purchase agreements and change orders go out for e-signature through Dropbox Sign. Only a signed change order moves the contract price, and every price amendment is kept in the record.
How does ZevroCRM handle realtor co-op?
ZevroCRM gives the co-op to the realtor who registered the buyer on the first model-home visit; later claims are recorded but do not win. The co-op accrues at closing on the final price, after every signed change order, up to a cap your workspace sets. An admin can export 1099-NEC rows at year end.
Does ZevroCRM handle warranty?
Yes. When a home closes, ZevroCRM schedules the orientation, 60-day and 11-month walkthroughs and reminds the buyer’s owner on your team. Warranty requests are tracked against workmanship, systems and structural coverage (1, 2 and 10 years by default) and assigned to your trades.
Does ZevroCRM work on mobile?
Yes. ZevroCRM installs on Android, iPhone and desktop as an app straight from the browser, with no app store, and sends push alerts when a lead is assigned or a follow-up is due. Appointments and follow-ups can also be shown in Google Calendar or Outlook through a one-way calendar feed.
What does ZevroCRM’s AI do?
ZevroCRM’s AI scores each lead from 0 to 100 with a written reason and a suggested next step, answers questions about your sales numbers in plain words, and starts the guided tour that shows a staff member how to do a task when they ask “Guide me”. When it is switched on for your workspace, a website chatbot answers visitors from your published communities, never quotes a price, and turns a visitor who shares a phone number into a lead. No AI feature runs until your workspace admin or owner accepts the AI data terms.
02Pricing
Pricing, payments and seeing it first
[3] questions
What does ZevroCRM cost?
ZevroCRM does not publish US prices yet. We price each workspace for your communities, team size and the features you need. Use the form on the pricing page or write to hello@zevrocrm.com and we reply within one business day.
Can ZevroCRM take payments?
No. ZevroCRM records the contract price, earnest money and loan status, but it does not collect money online. Construction updates on the buyer portal never carry a payment request.
How do we see ZevroCRM before committing?

03Texting and compliance
Texting, Fair Housing and US terms
[3] questions
How does ZevroCRM handle texting and TCPA consent?
ZevroCRM sends and receives texts through your own Twilio account. Before every text it checks the lead’s consent in a TCPA consent ledger, your do-not-contact list, the national Do Not Call list you upload, and quiet hours in the buyer’s time zone. STOP and HELP replies are handled, and a blocked text is logged on the lead with the reason. Have your counsel review your consent wording before you go live.
How does the AI lead score avoid Fair Housing problems?
In a US workspace, ZevroCRM replaces words in the notes that name a protected class, or stand in for one, with “[protected]” before anything reaches the AI, and the model is told not to use protected traits. Every score is logged with its reason, the prompt version and the model, and an admin can download the audit as a CSV.
Where are ZevroCRM’s US terms and privacy policy?
They are published: terms of service at /legal/terms/, privacy policy at /legal/privacy/, the data processing agreement (with the list of sub-processors) at /legal/dpa/ and the refund policy at /legal/refund/. Questions about how your data is handled: hello@zevrocrm.com.
04Data and security
Your data, kept separate
[3] questions
How is our customer data kept separate from other builders?
Every ZevroCRM workspace gets its own database, rather than sharing one table with a tenant column. One builder’s buyer records are not stored alongside another’s, and a workspace can be exported or deleted on its own.
What security controls does ZevroCRM have?
ZevroCRM supports enforced two-factor authentication and passkeys, so staff can sign in with a fingerprint or face instead of a shared password. Sensitive fields such as a realtor’s tax ID are encrypted at rest, and every change is attributed to a user in an audit trail.
What happens to our data if we stop using ZevroCRM?
Your workspace data stays exportable for as long as the workspace exists. On exit we confirm the export and deletion steps with your named administrator rather than deleting anything on our own schedule.
05Setup and integrations
Lead sources, imports and the API
[4] questions
Which lead sources can ZevroCRM capture?
ZevroCRM reads Zillow and NewHomeSource lead emails into your workspace, takes leads from your website form through its lead-ingest API, and records model-home walk-ins through a sign-in kiosk. When the website chatbot is switched on, a visitor who shares a phone number becomes a lead too. Phone, realtor, referral and email inquiries are entered by the team and tracked the same way. Leads are deduplicated by phone number; a chat lead whose number already has an open lead is flagged as a possible duplicate for your team instead.
Does ZevroCRM connect to Zapier or our own systems?
Yes. ZevroCRM sends signed JSON webhooks to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own systems when a lead is created, changes stage, is won or lost, or an appointment is set — with retries and a delivery log. It does not sync with QuickBooks, Salesforce or HubSpot today.
Can we import our existing leads?
Yes. ZevroCRM imports leads from a CSV file, including TCPA consent columns, and we help map your columns before your team starts, so nothing is lost from the spreadsheet or CRM you are moving off.
Does ZevroCRM have an API?
ZevroCRM has a lead-ingest API and outbound webhooks. Your website or another server posts leads into a workspace over HTTPS with that workspace’s own key, and ZevroCRM sends signed JSON out when leads change. There is no general-purpose public REST API for reading or editing every record today.
