Messages are the ones our sender carries for your workspace. Past the monthly allowance only non-urgent sends pause — sign-in codes and new-lead alerts never do — and extra messages are charged at the rate in your quote.
AI features need your workspace’s data-protection record to name the provider, and they run inside your AI usage allowance. The master plan and AI plan reading are set up per workspace.

ZevroCRM sends staff alerts and supports configured WhatsApp and SMS integrations. Customer-facing messaging depends on your own approved sender setup and message templates, so it is enabled per workspace rather than assumed to be live on day one.
Yes. ZevroCRM is white-label: a workspace set up for it can run on your own domain with your branding, and use your own WhatsApp sender number. Registering your own number typically takes around two weeks, so the shared sender is used until then.
