The product

Every screen a builder’s
team actually uses.

Thirteen screens from a sample workspace — pipeline, lead record, quote, unit grid, payments, construction stages, portal, partners and automation — then the numbers behind marketing spend and broker commission.

The application, one screen at a time.

The owner’s screen

KPIs honest to the selected range, the funnel, and the bottleneck called out.

  1. The owner’s screen: KPIs honest to the selected range, the funnel, and the bottleneck called out.
  2. The pipeline, five ways: Kanban with the workspace’s own stages; the same records as list, compact, swimlane and funnel.
  3. The lead record and its score: Every call, WhatsApp, note and site visit against the lead. Score 0–100 with a written reason.
  4. Cost sheet to branded quote: Area, rate, car park, corpus and GST totalled live; the PDF in your name with bank, UPI and a QR.
  5. Projects and the unit grid: Block / floor / unit board with hold and release — available, held, booked, sold.
  6. Bookings, receipts and the statement: Milestone template editable per workspace; numbered receipts; GST and s.194-IA TDS on every payment.
  7. The stage, and the demand it moves: Stages with % complete, the date reached and photographs. The demand is dated from evidence.
  8. The customer’s own screens: Dues, bank and UPI details, receipts, documents, and the same construction timeline staff see.
  9. After the booking, someone owns it: RM dashboard: roster, milestones due, documents still to collect.
  10. What the portals actually cost: Spend → leads → visits → bookings → revenue by source, with cost per lead and per booking.
  11. Partners, and money released as collected: Registry with firm, RERA number and rate; a referral link and a partner portal each.
  12. Your brand, your people: Logo, colours, sign-in copy, workspace address, your own email, WhatsApp and SMS senders. Eight roles plus custom roles.
  13. Automation, and the record of everything: Trigger on the pipeline → wait → nudge, task, reassign or score. Append-only audit trail underneath.

A lead is attributed only when exactly one campaign matches its source and dates. A dash means “no spend recorded” — never “free”. Illustrative figures from a test workspace.

Channel partners

Commission released
as the customer pays.

A broker registry, a referral link per partner, and a commission that accrues at conversion, is approved by a person, and is released only against money collected.

  • Registry with RERA number

Firm, RERA registration and commission rate per partner. A rate above 10% is refused as a typo, not clamped.

  • Referral links and attribution

One link per partner; the first claim wins. A partner portal gives the broker their own view of leads and payouts.

  • Approved by a person, then released

Accrued at conversion as a snapshot, approved by a manager, and released as receipts come in — with s.194-H TDS recorded like every other deduction.

  • Money is never un-approved

A commission with a payout against it cannot be cancelled. A cancellation must carry a reason, and it stays in the audit trail.

Product questions

What it does,
and what it doesn’t.

Straight answers on scope: what is in the product today.

How is ZevroCRM different from a general-purpose CRM?

A generic CRM stops at “deal won”. ZevroCRM continues through what happens next in property sales: unit inventory with holds, the cost sheet and branded quote, the booking, payment milestones with numbered receipts and GST/TDS, construction stages that date the payment demands, a customer portal, channel-partner commissions released as money is collected, and the handover. A generic CRM has to be bent into that shape with custom fields.

How does ZevroCRM handle payments after the booking?

Each booking carries a payment schedule seeded from your workspace template. Every payment gets a numbered receipt with GST and s.194-IA TDS recorded, and the statement of account shows paid, due and balance. Construction stages — with % complete, the date reached and photographs — set the due date of the linked demand as “date reached plus grace days”, so a demand is raised against evidence rather than a spreadsheet date. Money already paid is never re-dated.

Which lead sources can ZevroCRM capture?

Fifteen sources are tracked out of the box: website form, chatbot, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Business, MagicBricks, 99acres, phone call, walk-in, referral, broker, email and other. Enquiries are deduplicated, tagged by project and budget, and routed to the right relationship manager automatically. Campaign spend is recorded per source, so the report shows cost per lead and cost per booking rather than a share of enquiries.

Can we import our existing leads?

Yes. ZevroCRM supports CSV import, and we help map your columns to the right fields before your team starts using the workspace, so nothing is lost from the spreadsheet you are moving off.

Does ZevroCRM work on mobile?

Yes. ZevroCRM is a responsive web application, so sales executives can update a lead or log a site visit from a phone browser without installing anything. There is no separate native mobile app today.
